I stayed for 4 nights in an Economy Single Room. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from Gloucester Underground Station. The staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and well-maintained. Lots of nearby shops and attractions make it convenient. 👍

I appreciated the helpful staff who were quick to address my needs. the room had some significant drawbacks. It felt cramped, with hardly any space to move around the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep. I also noticed the bathroom had unpleasant odors, which lingered even after using air freshener. The cleanliness left much to be desired. there were stains on the walls and carpets that made me question the room's upkeep. The lift was out of order as well, forcing me to navigate a maze of stairs, which was especially tiring after a long day. Breakfast was lacking too—there was not enough cutlery and the options were limited and poorly prepared.

Consider asking for a room away from the street to minimize noise during your stay.
